Sore Thursday
Here are some happy Thursday things: In an attempt to make a long story short, last week I fell and things didn't seem too sore. Then I went hiking and backpacking, again, not too bad. Follow this with work where I needed to get up and down from the floor and now I am having enough aches and pains that I've been taking ibuprofen. Why is this part of my happy list? The ibuprofen worked. It wasn't perfect, but while on it, there was a lot of improvement. So much so that around 5.5 hours after taking it, I could tell the pills had worn off. Okay, maybe the story wasn't short. 🙂 I remembered to mend the seam on the gown I'm planning to wear Saturday. It needs a little more done, but not today. Before After The Inktober prompt was boots.
