Halloween Howl
Here are some happy things from this Halloween Howl day: This morning I got up early for my yearly doctor's appointment with my endocrinologist. I have Hashimoto's Disease and get my thyroid scanned and checked every year. That is, until next time. My scans haven't been showing any signs of change so I get to wait 18 months for the next appointment. Yay! While walking through the grocery store I was told by two different people that they liked my shirt. I only wear it around Halloween. Every year Concord closes up part of Main Street so the children can go trick or treating at the stores (Halloween Howl). Keziah’s store, DIY Craft & Thrift, is part of this area. This year she brought tables outside for the kids to stop at instead of having then come into the store. The store remained open and became a quiet place that people would come into.
