Here are some happy things from Sunday: The internet rabbit hole this morning was a hypothyroid video about which foods to avoid and which to eat. It was also educational and was trying to sell a supplement. I made a shopping list. Then I did a little bit of shopping and included some of the food suggestions to maybe help my thyroid. Some of my food shopping for the week is done, and that makes me happy. I'm also loving the Candy Cane Kisses that are in the stores for the holidays. One of the things I got was a gallon of milk for Keziah. Unfortunately, it didn't fit in her refrigerator. I put it in my refrigerator. That would be the fridge that I have been avoiding cleaning since the apartment was emptied last fall, but not all of the stuff in the refrigerator, and I moved in this spring.
