Boo, The Cat
Happy happenings from today: This morning I think I fixed my toilet. It wasn't horribly broken, just annoyingly. The handle needed to be pushed very hard to flush and then jiggled so it wouldn't run. A few adjustments and it seems much better. Gideon and I took the new-to-us cat, Boo, to the local vet this afternoon. We had them check for a microchip and they did a quick local search for similar reported cats. No other owner has been found. I told them that we would keep him for now and see if he will integrate with our current cats. Gideon and I came back from the vet in time to see the beginnings of a lovely sunset. Bel, my youngest, is expecting to be here sometime in the middle of the week. We had a nice phone conversation today. We have a bunch of planning to do during the time they are visiting.
