Valentine's Day
Happy Valentine's Day things:
- Yesterday, while getting ready to fall asleep, I tried to take some notes about my time in the Problem Solve area. I assume my asleep fingers ended up on the predictive text… “Problem Solve Notes Always Stowssssszz#yst/y@gmail.com I am not invisible ×” The first five words I remember. Nothing after the word ‘stow' was typed while awake. Waking up to prepare for work and finding that started my night with a chuckle. I even laughed on my drive in just to laugh.
- Because it was Valentine's Day I wore my red work shirt and put on my red hairband. I have two hairbands that I like, the red one and a matching green one. I think I purchased them together one Christmas time years ago. Most bands end up hurting my head after a little while but these don't. I am happy to say that it stayed where it belonged on my head the entire night at work.
- There may have been flurries while I was at work. The car had a little bit of snow on it. It also could have been windblown. Either way, it left a pretty design on the windshield.
- When I got home, I ate and went right to bed. I had a nice nap before my alarm went off to pick Gideon up at school.
- For Valentine's Day, I wanted ice cream (no surprise). Gideon and I went to Dairy Queen for dinner and ice cream. It was a nice way to spend the afternoon. They sell candy grams at his school and he got a few. One that he was very pleased with had a personal note from a classmate. He doesn't know which classmate because there are three with the same name! One of the reasons he liked it was because they seemed to just be being friendly. Dinner was a nice time with good company.
- The sun had just set when we got home from dinner. The crescent moon was overhead with Jupiter by its side. I sent Gideon back outside to see it. He wasn't paying attention on his way in. He was glad I asked him to check it out.

Still reading the book I didn't intend to, Saving Nora. The author appears to be Josh Williams.
Thank you for being part of my happy things. Stay safe.
