Maple Tree

Happy Tuesday things:

  • Yesterday I had a hard time falling asleep.  When I woke up, I was tired, but I went to work anyway.  I even stayed until the end of shift.  Some of the equipment broke down so I could have stayed later to help process more packages. I had errands to run though.  I left on time and got food for my work lunches.  Day one of my work week is over and I have food for tomorrow, yay!
  • Sometimes when I pick my grandson, Gideon, up after school we have a conversation that is still happening when the car is parked in the driveway.  When the weather is not the best, like the cold sprinkles today, we sit and continue our talk.  Today that included Gideon starting to make up a song about how the snow should be gone because spring is here.  It was funny.  While listening I noticed that the maple tree in the front of the house has some new growth on it.  Yay, spring!

  • My day ended as I wrote this and had a lovely cup of hot white chocolate.

Thank you for being part of my happy things. Stay safe.
