National Earmuff Day

Happy Wednesday!

  • Unlike yesterday, I was able to stay awake at work and for a longer period of time after work (I did dishes before drifting off!). They fed us breakfast at work.  I enjoyed an egg and cheese croissant.
  • One of my friends in the SCA is a Librarian in real life.  About once a week she posts on Facebook about a book they are featuring at her library.  She is awesome and finds costumes or outfits to wear in order to be a character that was, or could be, in the book.  The picture I saw today she had ears, a tail, and a unicorn horn to showcase Rust in the Root by Justina Ireland.  I have added that book to my list to listen to on my Hoopla app.  I should add her suggestions more often!
  • Facebook also reminded me that today is National Earmuff Day.
I flopped over my braids for fun.

  • There is a tiny pine tree that has come up in what will hopefully be the thrown weapons range again someday.  It is very cute.  I need to find a nice place to move it.
Huh, looking at the picture I wonder if it will be a tree or if I'm wrong, and it is a ground plant.

Currently listening to: Divergent Mind, by Jenara Nerenberg.

Thank you for being part of my happy things.  Stay safe.
